Rooms are very clean, comfortable and the grounds are immaculate. Perfect hotel for the most beautiful lagoon. Downtown restaurants are a few blocks away and a store with beer is right down the street.
We have been there many times already and I love everything about that place except they don't have free WiFi and it was a big disappointment to find that they took out the sink out of every room, I really need that there and with the counter top space, that is something I really liked from b 4
Just got back from visiting Bacalar, it was our first time visiting, went with a group of about 5 families, it was awesome, very family friendly, the kids had a blast everyday, water is very clear and the tour boats are right next to the hotel where they take you to see cenotes and to swim at other parts of the lake. To me the rooms were perfect, ours had 3 beds. Ac split unit cooled pretty good, bathrooms were clean. I would go again asap.

Great place ! I got here by coincidence and I loved it. Rooms are spacious and well equipped. You can notice the cleanliness in the whole space. Well located, close to the city center and they own their own a big backyard with a private long pier that takes you to the swimmable part of the lagoon. Recommended.

After looking at a bunch of places in Bacalar, this is the place that has everything we needed for the cost. The location is prime! Its located right on the lagoon and 5 min walk to the center square. We stayed here for 5 nights and absolutely loved everything about it, especially for the price of $67 usd/ night. Its definitely where the locals stay when they vacation in Bacalar. Outside the property, you have the boat tours, small store, and access to the public pool and beachfront. The rooms are spacious with a refrigerator and flat screen tv. The bathrooms are small, basic and they do have hot showers. Wifi is somewhat decent in the rooms and will cost you $20 peso per day. We highly recommend this hotel. There's new bar/ restaurant construction going on atm, but once its all done this hotel has the potential to be one of the best budget hotels on the lagoon in Bacalar.
Lovely little hotel with basic but good rooms with a fridge, fan, air condition and a great shower with warm water. We have been there twice and love the location with a well kept lawn and pier in front of the lagoon. The upstairs rooms have the best view. Free coffee in the morning and a little shop next door. Price is very fair, and you book through email via the webpage and a bank transfer as deposit.
